About Us:
Marcela Caronti is a motivational speaker and advocate who empowers women through storytelling, education, and live events. We seek a creative and structured Content Creator to support content development across our website, blog, social media, and marketing channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Write, edit, and publish blog articles aligned to Marcela’s mission, voice, and brand messaging.
- Work closely with the social media team to plan captions, content themes, and storytelling across platforms.
- Help script and outline content for video posts, reels, podcast segments, and speaking engagement clips.
- Create website copy and landing page content when needed.
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars.
- Support development of promotional materials, including email newsletters and event marketing assets.
- Conduct topic research and gather supporting stories, quotes, and references.
- Repurpose existing speech content and event takeaways into written and visual content.
- Ensure brand tone, messaging, and storytelling are consistent across channels.
- Track performance indicators for content and help refine creative strategy over time.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience writing content for blogs, social media, or digital marketing (2+ years preferred).
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Ability to adapt voice and tone to a leadership and empowerment-focused brand.
- Comfortable working with content calendars, task deadlines, and fast-turnaround needs.
- Experience collaborating with design, social media, or marketing teams.
- Self-starter with strong organization and time-management skills.
- Familiar with SEO basics and keyword-driven content structure.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, social platforms, and content planning tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience creating content for speakers, thought-leaders, or women-focused initiatives.
- Basic graphic design or Canva experience.
- Video editing or short-form content experience.
- Understanding of personal brand storytelling and brand voice frameworks.
